The Grand Old Lady Hotel is a 112-year old, 40,000 square foot hotel. The hotel is nestled in the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina, sitting on what once was Native American land. Visitors to the hotel have reported having paranormal experiences.
During the initial investigation of The Grand Old Lady Hotel, Tony H. Cadwell, Amanda Hannah, and Maeve Ybanez captured some stunning evidence of paranormal activity.
Director Tony H. Cadwell stated, “I spent two days in the off-season at The Grand Old Lady. Once we could establish something paranormal was going on at the hotel, I wanted to put together a team of paranormal investigators who could document any paranormal activity at Balsam. While Kane Hodder is well-known for the Friday the 13th franchise. He is also an experienced, no-nonsense paranormal investigator. He has investigated with Zak Bagans on Ghost Adventures. Kane is the founding member of the Hollywood Ghost Hunters. I knew he was the right person to take on this investigation.”
Mad Monster Party Arizona attendees may remember that Kane premiered the trailer for the film during a panel at the convention.
Kane is accompanied by paranormal investigators: Amanda Hannah, Mark A. Richardson, and Maeve Ybanez as they conduct a 48-hour long investigation into The Grand Old Lady Hotel.
