Mad Monster Party Hosts the World Premiere of David Ellefson’s Dwellers

Mad Monster Party Carolina is set to host the world premiere of David Ellefson’s Dwellers.  Dwellers is an upcoming found footage horror film produced by David Ellefson via Ellefson Films.  The film was written by, directed by, and starring Drew Fortier.

The world premiere is scheduled for 11:00 pm on February 19^th, 2021 at Mad Monster Party in Concord, North Carolina.

Dwellers is the first film greenlit by Ellefson Films, formed by Megadeth bassist David Ellefson and Thom Hazaert. The film stars Drew Fortier, James L. Edwards, Douglas Esper, Omar Baigs as well as David Ellefson and Thom Hazaert portraying themselves as featured cameos.

Synopsis:

While shooting a documentary on the suspicious disappearances within the homeless community, a filmmaker and his crew go missing while uncovering a terrifying and vicious secret below the city’s surface.

Plot outline:

With his reputation on the line, filmmaker Drew Fortier must overcome his neurotic tendencies while adhering to an impossible

deadline to complete a documentary focusing on the suspicious disappearances within a homeless community. As truths and conspiracies unfold, Drew uncovers more than he bargained for leading himself and his hapless crew into a maze-like sewer system where they are stalked by something not quite human.
